This is not a weight-loss offer. It is not a treatment for perimenopause. It is a return to ancestral ways of living, and healing is what happens when a woman comes home to how her lineage was always meant to eat, move, rest, and gather. Strength and wholeness are the fruit. They are not the sales pitch.

Why Lingueer.
Lingueer means queen mother. It is a title carried by the women of my lineage, including my ancestor, Lingueer Ndatte Yalla of Walo, who ruled with strength drawn from the same soil your grandmothers stood on, wherever they stood.
You don't need to trace your own line back to a name or a village to sit down at this table. You only need to be ready to come home. The rest, I'll share with you warmly, once you're here.
